Pharmacy - How do I Remove My Subscription? / How do I stop any payments coming out of my account?

These are instructions to cancel an existing subscription. 

For existing Apple Pay Subscribers (iOS)
  1. Open the myDNA Unlocked app
  2. Click the ME section in the myDNA Unlocked app
  3. Go to the Settings section of your app by clicking the cog in the top-right corner of the screen
  4. In Settings, tap on 'Manage on iTunes'. 
  5. This will take you directly to your Subscriptions in your iOS device Settings.
  6. In 'Edit Subscription', tap 'Cancel Subscription' 
  7. Follow your app store prompts to cancel your subscription.

For existing Google Pay Subscribers (Android)
  1. Open the myDNA Unlocked app
  2. Click the ME section in the myDNA Unlocked app
  3. Go to the Settings section of your app by clicking the cog in the top-right corner of the screen
  4. Select “Manage on Google Play Store”
  5. This will take you directly to your Subscriptions in the Google Play Store app.
  6. In 'Subscriptions', tap on the myDNA Unlocked app icon to manage your subscription.
  7. Follow your app store prompts to cancel your subscription.
