Pharmacy - How do I access fitness plans from the myDNA Personalised Wellness product?
If you bought a myDNA Personalised Wellness Kit in the pharmacy, you will have 60 days free access to the 28 by Sam Wood app. Choose from a wide range of at home workouts.
Once you receive your DNA results in your myDNA unlocked app, you will see instructions in your home feed on how to access your 60 days free of the 28 by Sam Wood app^. You can then enjoy the range of workouts including cardio, HIIT, Pilates, strength and yoga, plus all the other features of the app.
After 60 days, you can continue to access the 28 by Sam Wood app for a monthly subscription fee of $59.
Subject to registration via the myDNA Unlocked app, your DNA insights and meal plans are yours to access at any time.
^Please note 60 days free access to the 28 by Sam Wood app starts from the date of joining. Instructions on how to join are provided when you receive your myDNA results.
