The instructions are provided in your test kit , please follow carefully and ensure you activate your account with the unique barcode you received – before you post it back.
This allows our laboratory to link your sample to your account and to make sure your results are delivered securely.
This product is App based and will require you to download the myDNA Unlocked app on the App Store or Google Play Store and log in using the details you just used to register.
Please note there is no physical report generated for this product.
