myDNA accepts returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Refer to our Terms and Conditions). If you receive a product that is faulty, not fit for purpose, or otherwise, it can be returned in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law by contacting myDNA customer support by submitting a request below, together with proof of damage, a police report (in the case of theft or foul play) and proof of purchase. myDNA will then provide you with a replacement product.
If the kit or swab is damaged after delivery, this is the responsibility of the recipient and a photo will need to be provided of the damage and it has to be returned to myDNA.
In the event where a sample was not adequately collected, damaged upon arrival to the lab or forms were not filled in their entirety you will be supplied with a new myDNA test kit for sample recollection.
myDNA is unable to accept returns or process refunds for tests purchased from a third party retailer or partner. Please take the matter up with the place of purchase in the first instance and contact myDNA Customer Support by submitting a request via submitting a ticket if you require any assistance.
